Yes. Bossio & Co. carries general liability and professional liability insurance. Florida doesn't require a state license for home watch or estate management, but I treat the standards as if it did.
Before storm season we walk every property and put a storm plan in place. When a storm is named, we secure the home — shutters, outdoor furniture, vehicles, anything that needs moving. After the storm, you get a full report with photos.
Yes. That's the whole point. You'll have me as your direct contact, and I'll personally handle every visit unless you've specifically asked otherwise. For specialized work I use a small, trusted network of vetted local vendors.
